ATORVASTATIN 10 MG
Use
Atorvastatin are used primarily as a lipid-lowering agent and for prevention of events associated with cardiovascular disease. Like all statins, atorvastatin works by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme found in liver tissue that plays a key role in production of cholesterol in the body.
Common Side Effect
Headache, Joint Pain, Joint Swelling, Muscle Pain, Back Pain Diarrhoea, Nose Bleed, Constipation, Myopathy with elevation of creatinine kinase and rhabdomyolysis are the most serious side effects.

ASPIRIN/ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID 75 MG
Use
Used in the treatment of fever, pain, rheumatic fever, inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, pericarditis, and Kawasaki disease. Lower doses of aspirin have also shown to reduce the risk of death from a heart attack, or the risk of stroke in some circumstances.
Common Side Effect
Ringing in Ears, Confusion, Hallucinations, Rapid Breathing, Seizure (Convulsions), Severe Nausea, Vomiting, or Stomach Pain.
Precaution
Aspirin should not be taken by people who are allergic to ibuprofen or naproxen or who have salicylate intolerance or generalized drug intolerance to NSAIDs, and caution should be exercised in those with asthma or NSAID-precipitated bronchospasm, bleeding disorder such as haemophilia. Avoid taking alcohol.
