Prescription Medication Policy

Dosecart.com will not delivering any prescription medication without a valid prescription from a licensed physician. If you are ordering prescription Medication(s), you hereby confirm that you will send us a scanned copy of your valid Prescription(s) via email, fax, Whatsapp, and this prescription shall then be subject to the scrutiny of and approval by our qualified Pharmacists.The drug information provided in the Dosecart.com is for informative purposes only and this Website is not intended to provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. We are not liable for any adverse effects or harm to you as a result of your reliance on the information in the Website.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns - You can cancel your order till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled before we shipped the product we give you a confirmation call for the same.

We accept returns if the medicine provided to you does not match your order, or if the medicine is past its expiry date. Please check your orders at the time of delivery and report any return request before you pay our delivery personnel & once shipping done you have 5 days to return the product with it's original packaging without use of product & in this case courier charges shall be Bare by customer.

At Dosecart.com, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our Services. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Full Refunds Possible If - You received a defective item;
The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective, such as when the patient no longer requires the medication. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a Flat INR 50/- as restocking charge, Credited in your Dosecart E-Wallet within 24 hours after we received and checked the product.

Note:
Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

Cash back Eligibility :
We offer 5% Cash back applicable only on Prescription medicines and order placed only with Dosecart website / Application, Cash back not valid if any order placed with whatsapp, email etc.

How to Request a Refund :
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you're requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
