ZOLPIDEM 5 MG
Use
Zolpidem is a sedative primarily used for the treatment of Insomnia (trouble sleeping).
Common Side Effect
Daytime drowsiness, Dizziness, Weakness, Feeling Drugged or Light headed, Tired feeling, loss of Co-ordination, Stuffy nose, Dry mouth, Nose or Throat irritation, Nausea, Constipation, Diarrhea, Upset stomach, Headache, Muscle pain.
Precaution
Taking an overdose of zolpidem or taking alcohol or other CNS depressants with zolpidem may lead to breathing problems and unconsciousness. signs of an overdose are severe drowsiness, severe nausea or vomiting, staggering, and troubled breathing.

MELATONIN 3 MG
Use
Melatonin is used for the treatment of Insomnia (trouble sleeping) in the Elderly. Short-term treatment (up to three months) of prolonged-release melatonin was found to be effective and safe in improving Sleep Latency, Sleep Quality, and Daytime Alertness.
Common Side Effect
Some common side effects including Headache, Nausea, Short-term feelings of Depression, Daytime Sleepiness, Dizziness, Stomach Cramps, and Irritability.
Precaution
Do not drive or use machinery for four to five hours after taking Melatonin.
