Use
Dexamethasone is used in the treatment of many conditions, including rheumatic problems, a number of skin diseases, severe allergies, asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, croup, brain swelling, and along with antibiotics in tuberculosis.

Bad taste, Mouth Dryness, Irritation, Vomiting, Nausea, Rash, Blurred vision, Increased appetite, Extremes of being happy or sad, Irregular menstrual cycle, Depression, Burning sensation, Increased blood pressure.
Precautions
Precaution should be taken by patients with Hypothyroidism, Diabetes, Hypertension, Osteoporosis, Glaucoma, Cirrhosis.

Hearing loss, Dizziness, Skin Rash, Itching, Nausea, Vomiting, Balance disorder.
Precaution
Stop using Tobramycin & Consult your doctor If you experience any of the following serious side effects :
Seroius allergic reaction (Difficulty breathing, closing of the throat, Swelling of the lips, Tongue or Face or hives), Ringing in the ears or changes in hearing.
