Shilajit provides strength and energy. This eradicates sexual weakness, Gout (joint pains or Rheumatiod), diseases related to kapha (Asthma and allergy), semen defi ciency, urine and bone- weakness, diabetes etc. problems both in men and women and benefi cial for providing vigorous energy. Dosage and method of usage: 1-1 to 2-2 capsules with milk should be taken every day in the morning and evening, after having Tiffi n or meal. If high blood pressure problem is there, Shilajit should be taken in a small quantity or take as per the suggestion of the physician.
